work and demands active, conscious and determined participation of all the organization’s
staff.
The quality control can be defined as an efficient system for integrating and balancing
all the efforts in quality development, continues improvement, maintenance and assurance
in the entire organization offering products at the lowest cost but primary satisfying
the customer’s requirements.
To respond to our customers, our objectives are:
- To train and motivate continuously our human resource in order to achieve the best
quality in our entire product portfolio. In addition, it is necessary to develop
a sense of belonging among our staff to create a permanent interest for carrying
out an effective and efficient labor performance
- To optimize and control the manufacturing processes in order to get the highest
levels of quality and reduce the re-processing and production of low quality products.
- To keep updating our technology in order to maintain the highest production efficiency.
